Earlier this evening, one of my girlfriends came into my store not long before my shift was about to end. After my shift we sat down for a cup of tea; during this short time, we talked about the latest happenings in each others lives. In one conversation she started talking about a guy I work with and the conversations she has had with him, one in particular was the mention of my name and how she knew me and him saying, "Her attitude and personality make me want to come to work." If I have made a small difference in one life, how many others am I making a difference in and will I ever know the true effect?
Although my position is not what I am qualified for, I am happy to say I am grateful for the many friendship I have made and are making there.
Here's to renewed faith and to making all the difference I can!
